The people behind GAMI

GAMI's team brings together diverse educational and cultural backgrounds, which lets us understand, moderate and bridge the gap between Chinese and Western partners. That cultural fluency is backed by solid industry expertise: our members have worked on real production and supply chain problems, and they focus on delivering results that hold up on your shop floor, not just on paper.

The team combines recent KIT graduates with experienced engineers, so fresh research methods meet hands-on industrial judgment, and everyone learns from everyone. Any change in an organisation depends on collaboration, leadership and teamwork, and through ongoing training and close ties to KIT's wbk Institute, our people keep current with the methods they bring to your factory.
