岗位职责:
1.You will be assigned a variety of tasks in business operations or concept and strategy development, while also contributing towards the success of projects and actively supporting your colleagues in their respective roles.
2.You will work at our office in Suzhou, conduct projects at various production sites, giving you the opportunity to start building your own network.
3.You will be encouraged to proactively provide feedback on production processes, strategic concepts, and decisions, both from an academic point of view and global, local, and regional perspectives.
4.You will be supported throughout the program by an experienced, German manager who will help you identify career opportunities, give you feedback on your performance and work with you to define career development measures and goals.
5.You will be assigned a structured onboarding process and given the opportunity for individual training modules to help you prepare for a future management position with a steep learning curve
职位要求:
1.Master’s degree in engineering, industrial information technology or automation, computer science, with excellent grades. Graduation from an oversea university.
2.Have fluent language skills in English and Chinese, ideally have a background in production technology, quality, or supply chain management.
3.Location will be in Suzhou (Jiangsu, China) with 50% domestic travelling.
4.High motivation in problem solving and pursuing an industry consultant career.
