The INWICA project aims to design a demand-oriented training program for skilled workers in the field of Industry 4.0 for employees in German companies with production sites in China. It is based on the innovative integration of qualification courses for German industrial technicians and Industry 4.0 experts, focusing first on the needs of manufacturing companies in the Yangtze River Delta region and exploring how the services of German educational institutions can be better adapted to the Chinese market.
